The owner, lessee, or operator of any amusement ride or attraction may deny entry to any person if, in his opinion, the entry may jeopardize the safety of the person desiring entry or the safety of other patrons of the amusement ride or attraction. No intoxicated person shall be admitted to any amusement ride or attraction.
