(a) The Commissioner is authorized to accept bequests, devises, gifts and contributions of any nature, except monies, to carry out the provisions of this chapter and to hold title to same in trust for the Government of the Virgin Islands.\n(b) The Commissioner is hereby authorized to expend funds available in theVirgin Islands Tennis Program Revolving Trust Fund established pursuant to the provisions of section 3056 of chapter 111, Title 33, Virgin Islands Code, to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
