U.S. Virgin Islands § 478 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) No applicant or person or organization licensed by or registered with the Commission shall employ or offer to employ any person who is prohibited from accepting employment from a licensee or applicant or any holding or intermediary company.\n(b) An applicant or licensee or person or organization who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to not more than one year imprisonment or a fine of not more than $25,000.00 or both and in the case of a person other than a natural person, to a fine not more than $100,000.00.
