U.S. Virgin Islands § 624 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) A licensee shall file with the Commission and the Master Service Provider within fifteen (15) business days any changes in information provided in a licensee's application and any other changes prescribed by the Commission.\n(b) A licensee shall file with the Commission and the Master Service Provider, within ten (10) days after the end of each fiscal quarter, a current list of all employees, consultants, and all other persons involved in the operations. The licensee must state or include its physical, mailing, and e-mail address.\n(c) A licensee shall file a report with the Commission within one (1) business day after the licensee has reason to know of the occurrence of any of the following events:\n(1) the filing of a petition under the United States Bankruptcy Code for bankruptcy or reorganization;\n(2) the filing of a petition for receivership;\n(3) the commencement of a proceeding to revoke or suspend its license in any jurisdiction;\n(4) the cancellation or other impairment of the licensee's bond or other security;\n(5) an indictment, prosecution, or conviction of the licensee or of an executive officer, director, principal employee or controlling person for a

mpairment of the licensee's bond or other security;\n(5) an indictment, prosecution, or conviction of the licensee or of an executive officer, director, principal employee or controlling person for a felony.\n(6) additional information established by the Commission in its rules and regulations.
