(a) All applicable laws of the Virgin Islands shall apply to the activities authorized by this Article. Any person who is a registered player submits to the laws and jurisdiction of the Virgin Islands.\n(b) A debt incurred by a registered player to a licensee for playing any approved Internet game shall be valid and may be enforced by legal process.
