Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, the jurisdiction of the Authority shall be limited to Lindqvist Beach, Smith Bay, St. Thomas and to the properties deeded to the former St. Thomas Park Authority by Deed of Conveyance dated December 27, 1946 from Arthur S. Fairchild and other properties as provided by law.
