Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both.\nAll such violations, in addition to the penalty herein set forth, may be enjoined in the district court. In such cases, injunction proceedings shall be filed by the United States attorney, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Public Works.
