U.S. Virgin Islands § 110 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) There is established a nonprofit corporation to be known as the Virgin Islands Military Museum and Veterans Memorial Foundation (hereinafter the 'Foundation').\n(b) The general operation of the Foundation shall be vested in a nine-member Board of Directors (hereinafter the 'Board'), five of whom shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature. Three of the five appointed members shall be Virgin Islands Military Veterans of the United States Armed Services.\n(c) Members of the Board shall serve four-year terms.\n(d) The following people shall be ex-officio members of the Board of Directors:\n(1) The chairperson of the Legislative Committee on Labor and Veterans Affairs.\n(2) The Commander of the Virgin Islands National Guard.\n(3) The Director of the Virgin Islands Veterans Affairs Office.\n(4) The Director of the Virgin Islands Bureau of Libraries and Archives.
