U.S. Virgin Islands § 114 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

(a) The Foundation shall have an executive and assistant executive director who shall be appointed by the Board. The Board shall appoint other officers, as it deems necessary. The executive director and other officers shall be compensated at a rate fixed by the Board. They shall serve at the pleasure of the Board.\n(b) Eligibility for membership in the Foundation and the rights and privileges of the members shall be as provided in the bylaws of the Foundation.\n(c) Subject to the approval of the Board of Directors, the Foundation may employ such individuals at such rates of compensation, as the executive director determines appropriate.\n(d) The Board shall utilize the services of private and public consultants to render professional and technical assistance and advice in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
