(a) The Revolving Working Fund, heretofore established, from which expenditures may be made by the government of the Virgin Islands, on a reimbursement basis, for work accomplished for the United States Government and all its agencies, and for all departments, bureaus and agencies of the government of the Virgin Islands; and for rental of equipment used on projects for the above agencies as well as for private enterprises and individuals, is hereby continued.\n(b) The Department of Public Works is authorized to use the fees received from the rental of equipment for the maintenance and repair of said equipment.
