(a) There is established within the Treasury of the Virgin Islands a special fund to be known as the 'Pharmaceutical Assistance to the Aged Special Fund' (hereinafter, referred to in this section as 'the Fund'). The Commissioner of Finance shall maintain and administer the Fund and shall disburse monies from the Fund at the direction of the Commissioner of Human Services in accordance with the provisions of this Code.\n(b) The Fund shall consist of all sums appropriated thereto from time to time by the Legislature.
