(a) The identity of any person who reports under this chapter is confidential and may be disclosed only among the following agencies or persons representing the agency:\n(1) The Department Human Services;\n(2) A licensing agency;\n(3) A local law enforcement agency;\n(4) The office of the Attorney General;\n(5) Department of Health;\n(6) The probate court; and\n(7) The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, Division of Investigation.\n(b) The identity of a person who reports under this chapter may also be disclosed when a person reporting waives confidentiality.\n(c) Although the identity of the person who reports under this chapter is confidential, any person reporting pursuant to this chapter shall include his name in the report.
