(a) The Silver Alert Community Response System Fund is established in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The Commissioner of Finance shall administer this Fund as a separate and distinct fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands.\n(b) The Fund consists of all sums appropriated by the Legislature, all public and private grants, gifts, donations, bequests and devises.\nThe Commissioner of Finance shall disburse money from the Fund at the direction of the Commissioner of Human Services exclusively to implement and maintain the Silver Alert Community Response System.
