(a) The Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Virgin Islands Elections System must remit the contact information to the Department of Human Services on a monthly basis.\n(b) The Department of Human Services shall submit the registry to the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency, the National Guard of the Virgin Islands, the Virgin Islands Fire Service and any other first responders on a quarterly basis.
