The Chief Justice may call for judicial conferences to discuss any matter that affects the administration of the Virgin Islands judiciary. Every justice, judge, and magistrate judge of the Virgin Islands judiciary is entitled to attend the judicial conference. Non-judges, such as the Attorney General, clerks of court, and other stakeholders, may attend or address the judicial conference upon invitation of the Chief Justice.
