(a) The Supreme Court may employ such professional, administrative and clerical personnel as it considers necessary.\n(b) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may appoint and fix the terms, duties and compensation of the officers and employees of the Court.\n(c)\n(1) The Supreme Court may use and occupy such buildings and facilities as may be made available to it.\n(2) The Supreme Court may obtain such office space for each of the justices thereof as is necessary and appropriate to permit the justices to carry out their duties properly.
