(a) Real property so assigned shall be described in the deed of assignment in such manner as would be requisite in an ordinary deed of conveyance thereof, and real property claimed to be exempt shall be expressly excepted by like description.\n(b) Personal property claimed to be exempt shall be separately specified and described as such in the inventory of the assignor or assignors required by this chapter.
