All fermented liquors and/or distilled spirits introduced into, manufactured in, sold in, and exported from the United States Virgin Islands shall be truthfully labeled. The label of any fermented liquor or distilled spirit in excess of six percentum of alcohol by volume shall state the alcoholic content. Local producers, bottlers or retailers shall be held responsible for false labeling.
