Except as provided in any law of the Virgin Islands governing augmented estates, or as a consequence of, and to the extent directed by, section 131l, a transfer resulting from the application of section 131i is effective by reason of the terms of the account involved and this subchapter and is not testamentary or subject to the laws under this Code governing estate administration.
