U.S. Virgin Islands § 345 — U.S. Virgin Islands law

For the purpose of paying the expense of filing papers and compensation for making examinations, as provided in this subchapter, such association shall annually pay to the Banking Board the following fees for the use of the territory: for the first $100,000 or less of assets, $100; and for each additional $100,000 of assets, or the major portion thereof, $10 additional; and shall also pay to the Banking Board actual necessary expenses while engaged in making such examinations.
