(a) The articles of incorporation, partnership agreement or other written document establishing an international financial services entity or to any license executed in accordance with section 721, may not be amended, unless the amendment has been previously approved, in writing, by the Board.\n(b) After the adoption of any amendment to the articles of incorporation, partnership agreement or other written document establishing an international financial services entity or to any certification executed in accordance with section 719 of this title, the amended document must be filed with the Division of Corporations and Trademarks.
