The boundary line between the Commonwealth and North Carolina shall be and remain the same as the line run by Fry and Jefferson, and afterwards extended by Walker and Smith and approved on December 7, 1791, by an act of the General Assembly.\nCode 1950, § 7-3; 1966, c. 102, § 7.1-4; 2005, c. 839.
