The Department of Conservation and Historic Resources is continued as the Department of Conservation and Recreation. The Department shall be headed by a Director appointed by the Governor to serve at his pleasure for a term coincident with his own.\n1984, c. 750, § 10-252; 1988, c. 891; 1989, c. 656.
