The State Forester shall distribute notices calling attention to the provisions of this article in conspicuous places in all counties and cities where such pine timber grows in appreciable quantities, and may publish notices in newspapers of general circulation in such counties and cities.\nCode 1950, § 10-78; 1956, c. 75; 1988, c. 891.
