§ 10-1-1609

All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this chapter shall be payable solely from funds provided under the provisions of this chapter and no liability shall be incurred by the Authority beyond the extent to which moneys are provided under the provisions of this chapter.\n1986, c. 306, § 10-158.6; 1988, c. 891.
