As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:\n'Board' means the State Water Control Board.\n'Department' means the Department of Environmental Quality.\n'Director' means the Director of the Department of Environmental Quality.\n1997, cc. 21, 625, 626; 2013, cc. 756, 793.
