The Moormans River in Albemarle County, from the Charlottesville Reservoir to its junction with the Mechums River, is hereby designated as the Moormans State Scenic River, a component of the Virginia Scenic Rivers System.\n1988, cc. 21, 300, 891; 2003, c. 240; 2018, c. 273.
