If the Board determines after the hearing, and after due consideration of the relevant facts, that there is no need for a soil and water conservation district to function in the territory considered at the hearing, it shall record its determination and deny the petition.\nCode 1950, § 21-18; 1964, c. 512; 1988, c. 891.
