§ 12-1-36

The judgments of the Commission for fines or penalties, or for the recovery of money, shall take effect as of the date thereof, and when allowed by the Commission, the judgment shall bear interest from that date.\nCode 1950, § 12-61; 1971, Ex. Sess., c. 157.
