A. For purposes of this Act, the following identified as a member in a corporation's current record of members constitutes one member:\n1. Two or more persons who together have a single membership interest in the corporation;\n2. A corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limited partnership, business trust, trust, estate, or other entity; or\n3. The trustees, guardians, custodians, or other fiduciaries of a single trust, estate, or account.\nB.
