§ 13-1-1101-1

Unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation, the professional services defined in subsection A of § 13.1-1102 may be rendered in this Commonwealth by:\n1. A limited liability company organized as a professional limited liability company pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;\n2. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;\n3. A limited liability company organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title; or\n4. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate of authority pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title.\n2003, c. 678.
