§ 13-1-722-8

As used in this article:\n'Conversion' means a transaction pursuant to this article.\n'Converted entity' means the converting entity as it continues in existence after a conversion.\n'Converting entity' means the domestic corporation or eligible entity that approves a plan of conversion pursuant to § 13.1-722.11 or the foreign eligible entity that approves a conversion pursuant to the organic law of the foreign eligible entity.\n2001, c. 545; 2002, c. 1; 2016, c. 288; 2019, c. 734.
