A private provider may file an action against a municipality in the circuit court having jurisdiction over the municipality for equitable relief, including a restraining order and injunction, for a violation of the provisions of this article. At least 10 days before filing such action the private provider shall file a written notice thereof with the municipality.\n2003, c. 677.
