Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no individual shall knowingly provide sex offender treatment services to a person required to register with the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry pursuant to Chapter 9 (§ 9.1-900 et seq.) of Title 9.1 in an office or similar facility located in a residentially zoned subdivision.\n2007, c. 878; 2020, c. 829.
