The authority shall at least once a year file with the mayor of the city an audit report by a certified public accountant of its activities for the preceding year, and shall make any recommendations with reference to any additional legislation or other action that may be necessary in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter.\nCode 1950, § 32-232; 1979, c. 719, § 15.1-1551; 1997, c. 587.
