§ 15-2-5353

If any of the officers whose signatures appear on any bonds or coupons cease to be such officers before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures shall be valid and sufficient for all purposes as if they had remained in office until such delivery.\nCode 1950, § 32-268; 1979, c. 719, § 15.1-1588; 1997, c. 587.
