For purposes of Article 18.1 (§ 8.01-195.1 et seq.) of Chapter 3 of Title 8.01, the Authority is an 'agency' within the meaning of § 8.01-195.2, and each of its members and agents is an 'employee' within the meaning of such section.\n1996, cc. 950, 1038, § 15.1-227.88; 1997, c. 587.
