The Tourist Train Development Authority, hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority,' is created as a body politic and corporate, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth. As such it shall have, and is hereby vested with, the powers and duties hereinafter conferred in this chapter.\n2014, c. 608.
