As used in this article, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:\n'Parent' includes parent, guardian, legal custodian, or other person standing in loco parentis.\n'Public service project' means any governmental or quasi-governmental agency project or any project of a nonprofit corporation or association operated exclusively for charitable or community purposes.\n1991, c. 534.
