§ 17-1-323

In those cases which the Reporter is directed to report, copies of the reasons stated in writing, under Section 6 of Article VI of the Constitution of Virginia, shall be delivered by the clerk of the Court to the Reporter.\nCode 1919, § 5883, § 17-116; 1938, p. 134; 1971, Ex.
