§ 17-1-525

In any case in which a defendant is found not guilty of any offense after a trial in a circuit court at which evidence of the defendant's mental condition at the time of the alleged offense was introduced in accordance with § 19.2-271.6, the court shall make available to the defendant information provided by the community services board in accordance with § 37.2-513 regarding services provided by the community services board and how such services may be accessed.\n2023, cc. 217, 218.
