§ 17-1-908

In any investigation or formal proceeding in any part of the Commonwealth, any process issued pursuant to the provisions of § 17.1-907 shall be effective throughout the Commonwealth.\n1971, Ex. Sess., c. 154, § 2.1-37.10; 2001, c. 844.
