As used in this article 'agents of the merchant' shall include attendants at any parking lot owned or leased by the merchant, or generally used by customers of the merchant through any contract or agreement between the owner of the parking lot and the merchant.\nCode 1950, § 18.1-128; 1960, c. 358; 1975, cc. 14, 15.
