§ 18-2-232

Any person, firm, association or corporation or any officer, agent or employee thereof who shall violate any provision of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-231, shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor; and a second or any subsequent offense shall be punishable as a Class 1 misdemeanor.\nCode 1950, § 59.1-61; 1968, c. 439; 1975, cc. 14, 15.
