§ 18-2-259

Any penalty imposed for violation of this article or of the Drug Control Act (§ 54.1-3400 et seq.) shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.\nCode 1950, § 54-524.105; 1970, c. 650; 1975, cc. 14, 15.
