§ 19-2-356

If a defendant is placed on probation, or imposition or execution of sentence is suspended, or both, the court may make payment of any fine, or costs, or fine and costs, either on a certain date or on an installment basis, a condition of probation or suspension of sentence.\nCode 1950, § 19.1-347.3; 1971, Ex.
