§ 19-2-386-13

For the purpose of review on a writ of error or supersedeas, a final judgment or order in the cause shall be deemed a final judgment and may be appealed to the Court of Appeals.\n1989, c. 690; 2005, c. 681; 2021, Sp. Sess. I, c. 489.
