Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his custody under the Governor's warrant in willful disobedience to the last preceding section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.\nCode 1950, § 19.1-60; 1960, c. 366; 1975, c. 495.
