Any federal funds made available through Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. § 1431 et seq.) and any state funds appropriated specifically for Part H services shall supplement overall funding for services currently provided under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. § 1431 et seq.).\n1992, c. 771, § 2.1-768; 2001, c. 844.
