§ 22-1-169

Any funds held by the Authority or by the trustee under any trust indenture under the provisions of this chapter may be invested and reinvested in securities that are legal investments under the laws of the Commonwealth for funds held by fiduciaries.\nCode 1950, § 22-29.9; 1962, c. 194; 1980, c. 559.
